Information Hotline?
An Information Hotline is a phone system people call into to get
information about current news, a product, a service, current laws, new
regulations, organizational info, or any information people need easy
access to. Caller can browse through option menus and listen to
informational messages up to 30 minutes long per message.
What is a Inbound Recording Hotline?
A Recording Hotline may be used as a company tool to help in the
areas of Compliance, Ethics, Human Resources, Customer Feedback, and
Exit Interviews.
What is an Anonymous Recording Hotline?
An Anonymous Recording Hotline is a number people can call into and
leave voice recorded comments anonymously. These recorded comments
will be run through a voice changer program and sent to the board of
directors or whoever handle these types of complaints.
Anonymous Inbound Recording Hotlines can also be used as an anonymous
whistle blower service for companies under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
